🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Management: Oversee the efficient and safe management of all warehouse operations, ensuring optimal space utilization and goods organization.
• Inventory Control: Implement accurate inventory tracking and conduct regular stock audits to eliminate variances and ensure real-time data integrity.
• Inbound Logistics: Manage the receiving and inspection of incoming stock, ensuring quality control and proper handling procedures.
• System Utilization: Actively use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP (or similar ERPs) for documentation, reporting, and activity tracking.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous documentation of all warehouse activities, including delivery notes, GRNs, and stock-out reports.
• Problem Solving: Resolve operational bottlenecks and discrepancy issues independently to ensure uninterrupted FMCG distribution.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience specifically within the FMCG industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and specialized WMS software.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Joining: Candidates available to join immediately will be given priority consideration.
• Skills: Strong organizational discipline, effective communication, and a proactive approach to warehouse problem-solving.
