Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including official correspondence, document filing, and maintaining accurate confidential records.
- Manpower Planning: Coordinate and plan manpower deployment to various sites and projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Shift & Attendance: Create comprehensive shift rosters and maintain precise attendance records for both factory and site workers.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed daily and weekly manpower reports and administrative presentations for management review.
- HR Support: Assist in core HR tasks such as leave management, onboarding documentation, and staff welfare coordination.
- Vendor & Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between site supervisors, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operational flow.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Hindi speaking is mandatory for effective communication with the workforce.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in manpower handling or administrative coordination in a factory/construction setting is an advantage.
- Joining: Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately.
- Communication: Strong coordination skills with the ability to resolve worker-related issues professionally.
