🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Delivery: Deliver high-quality English language and literature lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum standards.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Student Assessment: Design and implement formative and summative assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Curriculum Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate modern pedagogical techniques and digital learning tools.
• Professional Collaboration: Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events to enhance the academic community.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and behavioral reports in compliance with school policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in English is mandatory.
• Teaching Credential: B.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience; previous exposure to the CBSE curriculum is highly preferred.
• Compliance: All academic and professional certificates must be MOFA attested, and candidates should have (or be able to obtain) UAE equivalency.
• Skills: Strong command over English subject matter with exceptional communication and classroom management abilities.
• Availability: Selected candidates must be ready to join the school from April 2026.
