🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• LPO Management: Issue Local Purchase Orders for specialized waterproofing materials, office consumables, and subcontracted services.
• Technical Coordination: Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and ensure accurate unit conversions while coordinating requirements with Sales and Operations teams.
• Logistics Oversight: Monitor international and local shipments, liaising with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
• SAP Administration: Create, update, and manage item codes and procurement data within the SAP system.
• Financial Liaison: Source supplier quotations, prepare price comparisons, and follow up on supplier credit applications and Statements of Account (SOAs).
• Supplier Relations: Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and professional business correspondence.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge: Prior familiarity with construction materials, specifically waterproofing products, is a significant advantage.
• Organizational Ability: Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple logistics and procurement workflows simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Availability: Candidate must be ready for an immediate start in Abu Dhabi.
