Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and site-based roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Bulk Hiring & Agencies: Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to execute high-volume hiring campaigns and meet urgent manpower needs.
- Technical Assessment: Screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and manage specialized trade tests to ensure technical competency for site roles.
- Workforce Planning: Work closely with the management team to align recruitment efforts with ongoing project requirements and operational growth.
- Onboarding Support: Oversee initial onboarding and joining formalities, ensuring new hires are integrated into company procedures effectively.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous recruitment databases and ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE labor laws and EIFM standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of specialized recruitment experience, ideally within FM, construction, or security sectors.
- Specialization: Proven hands-on experience in blue-collar and volume hiring strategies.
- Market Knowledge: Strong exposure to UAE recruitment practices, visa processes, and the local labor market.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional coordination, multitasking, and communication skills with a focus on target-driven outcomes.
