🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the UAE ELV market, focusing on project-based growth.
  • Solution Selling: Promote and sell integrated systems including Parking Management, Bollards, Access Control, Gate Barriers, and CCTV.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs through proactive lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Technical Liaison: Collaborate with the internal management and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Represent the company in high-level meetings and site visits to secure profitable project awards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in ELV systems or related security technologies within the UAE/GCC.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, technical presentation, and professional negotiation skills.
  • Logistics: Must hold a valid UAE driving license and own a car for client visits and site assessments.
  • Visa Status: Must hold own visa with a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate).
  • Residency: Ability to commute to or relocate to Dubai prior to commencement.
  • Attributes: Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently.
