🔹 Open Positions:

• HSE Engineers: Responsible for developing and auditing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental plans for complex sites.
• Planning Engineers: Focus on project scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis using advanced tools.
• Safety Officers: On-site enforcement of safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and incident prevention.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Oversight (HSE/Safety): Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to Abu Dhabi OSHAD and international safety standards.
• Project Controls (Planning): Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, identifying critical paths and resource requirements.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) to ensure a zero-harm environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full alignment with UAE federal and local project regulations and best practices.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress or safety reports for senior management and clients.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met safely and on time.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the respective field, with significant UAE project exposure.
• Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety.
• Certifications: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is mandatory for all HSE and Safety Officer applicants.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory for Planning Engineers.
• Availability: Priority given to candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and an in-depth understanding of local Abu Dhabi authority requirements.
