🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions Lead Management: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, professionally managing inquiries and following up on leads to drive student enrollment.
• School Tours: Lead engaging and informative school tours for prospective families, highlighting the school’s facilities, curriculum, and values.
• Parent Engagement: Develop and support initiatives aimed at strengthening parent-school relationships and improving student retention rates.
• Social Media Management: Curate and manage the school’s organic social media content and communication channels to enhance community visibility.
• Digital Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records of all leads and parent interactions within the school’s management system.
• Re-enrollment Support: Coordinate and execute re-enrollment activities to ensure a high level of continued student placement year-on-year.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE-based experience in a high-touch, customer-focused role.
• Digital Skills: Essential proven experience in managing social media accounts for a professional organization.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are highly preferred to assist a diverse parent community.
• Attributes: Proactive, well-organized, and capable of representing the school with professional poise and empathy.
• Expertise: Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi education market and ADEK regulations is an advantage.
