Job Description / Role
📌 Available Positions:
1. Business Development / Broker Relations Manager
- Strategic Growth: Drive business expansion by identifying new corporate opportunities and strengthening partnerships with insurance brokers.
- Relationship Management: Manage long-term commercial relationships and act as the primary liaison between MaxHealth and key stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Utilize strong commercial awareness to close deals and navigate complex insurance contracts.
2. Production and Endorsement Executive
- Policy Lifecycle: Support the complete insurance production cycle, from initial policy issuance to renewals.
- Endorsement Processing: Ensure accurate processing of policy amendments and endorsements in compliance with DHA/DOH regulations.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards of data integrity and efficiency in policy servicing and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- For BD Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance with 5+ years of UAE medical insurance experience.
- For Production Executive: Diploma/Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in policy servicing or insurance operations.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE health insurance regulations (DHA, HAAD/DOH).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation for BD roles; exceptional attention to detail for Production roles.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized insurance management systems.
