🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Storytelling: Transform creative concepts and design briefs into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders for residential and commercial spaces.
  • Technical Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD to interpret architectural layouts and ensure 3D models align perfectly with technical specifications.
  • Material & Lighting: Apply expert knowledge of interior finishes, textures, and lighting concepts to create atmosphere and realism in every visual.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with [management](https://aehiring.com/management-jobs/) and site teams to ensure that 3D visuals accurately reflect the feasible fit-out intent.
  • Deadline Management: Successfully handle multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality output under tight timelines.
  • Client Presentation: Prepare and present visual decks that effectively communicate the design vision to stakeholders and clients.

🔹 Requirements:

  • UAE Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience as a 3D Designer specifically within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD are essential; familiarity with 3ds Max/V-Ray is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interior renders (Commercial & Residential).
  • Detail Oriented: In-depth understanding of joinery detailing, material behavior, and construction constraints.
  • Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain design choices to project teams.
