🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage all inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storage, cross-docking, and consolidation for air, sea, and road freight.
• Workflow Optimization: Coordinate loading and unloading schedules while maximizing warehouse space utilization and floor efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Maintain high inventory accuracy using Navision (WMS/ERP) and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, Incoterms, safety standards, and specific customer requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, monitor daily KPIs, and foster a culture of productivity and safety.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management regarding throughput, damages, and resource allocation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid warehouse supervision experience within the UAE freight forwarding or 3PL sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with multimodal cargo handling (Air, Sea, Road) and specialized equipment operations.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Location Advantage: Candidates currently based in or deeply familiar with JAFZA operations and regulations will be preferred.
• Leadership: Proven hands-on team management skills with a focus on floor-level execution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
