🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth business operations and general office flow.
- Document Control: Manage, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems and company records with high accuracy.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively between internal departments and external clients to facilitate clear communication.
- Communication Management: Handle corporate emails, official correspondence, and general office inquiries professionally.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the management team as required for special projects or meetings.
- Resource Management: Monitor office supplies and ensure the workspace remains professional and well-equipped.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or professional office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily reporting and documentation.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration or a related field.
- Attitude: A proactive, dependable, and self-motivated approach to handling various office responsibilities.
