🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Integrity: Maintain and audit up-to-date employee records and HR databases to ensure 100% data accuracy.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and the facilitation of comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Document Governance: Draft and manage essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, salary certificates, and confidential personnel files.
  • Operational Support: Assist in payroll preparation, rigorous attendance tracking, and the administration of employee leave management systems.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for internal inquiries, providing professional HR administrative support and guidance.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data tracking) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • UAE Knowledge: A basic understanding of UAE Labour Law and standard HR documentation practices in Dubai.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
