🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, screen, and shortlist high-potential candidates across multiple platforms to meet the company’s aggressive growth targets.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage the interview pipeline, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and department heads.
  • Database Management: Maintain meticulously updated candidate databases and generate weekly recruitment performance reports for the management team.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the transition of new hires by managing onboarding documentation and initial company orientation.
  • HR Operations: Support the wider HR department with general administrative tasks and employee relations support.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven background as an HR Recruiter; previous experience within the UAE Real Estate sector is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to negotiate and sell the company’s vision to prospective talent.
  • Agility: Must be able to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a focus on immediate results.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a disciplined approach to candidate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Availability: Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given top priority.
