🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, professional networking, and client meetings.
  • Product Advocacy: Effectively promote the company’s diverse product portfolio and service offerings to prospective high-value clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
  • Sales Operations: Prepare detailed performance reports and maintain meticulous client records within the company database.
  • Deal Closure: Diligently follow up with prospects to address concerns and effectively close deals to drive revenue.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Open to freshers with a demonstrable aptitude for sales; experienced candidates will also be considered for senior tracks.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident, with a resilient attitude toward rejection.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently to hunt for leads while collaborating with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or relevant Diploma/Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
