🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete employee journey, from strategic recruitment and onboarding to performance appraisals and exit interviews.
  • Legal Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies that ensure 100% alignment with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE standards.
  • PRO Coordination: Direct the processing of employment visas, work permits, and contract renewals/cancellations via the appropriate government portals.
  • Financial HR: Manage payroll activities, including accurate leave tracking, gratuity calculations, and final End-of-Service Benefit (EOSB) settlements.
  • Employee Relations: Handle all disciplinary actions and grievances with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Talent Development: Support management in identifying high-potential talent and conducting effective performance reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven HR experience strictly within the UAE market.
  • Legal Expertise: Deep working knowledge of MOHRE regulations and the latest updates to the UAE private sector labour laws.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in Forex or Financial Services is a significant added advantage.
  • Attributes: High level of integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to act as a strategic advisor to leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and modern HR Management Systems (HRIS).
  • Preference: This role is open to Female candidates who are available to join immediately.
