  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure absolute regulatory compliance and consistency across the organization, potentially utilizing ISO 9001 standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Language: Must be a fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience within the UAE market.
  • Sector Expertise: Proven background in a management role within consultancy, business setup, or professional services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organisational Development.
  • Certification: Professional credentials such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are highly advantageous.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of UAE private sector labour regulations and MOHRE requirements.
