Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Optimization: Lead the management and expansion of e-commerce storefronts and third-party online marketplaces.
- Journey Mapping: Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a friction-free experience from initial acquisition to checkout and post-sales support.
- System Integration: Oversee the technical health of payment gateways, checkout workflows, and backend system integrations.
- Data-Driven Growth: Utilize analytical insights and digital marketing initiatives to aggressively scale online sales and market share.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively between internal IT, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as external technology partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor critical e-commerce KPIs and generate detailed reports to drive continuous improvement in ROI.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid experience in e-commerce management or digital business leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.), payment processing, and UX/UI flow optimization.
- Market Insight: Prior experience within the UAE digital market is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Commercially minded with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related digital field.
