🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Mobility: Manage the complex transportation of vessels, vehicles, and construction materials across multiple project sites.
  • External Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure efficient clearance and delivery.
  • Regulatory Governance: Ensure all logistics activities strictly comply with company policies, UAE safety guidelines, and international shipping standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulously accurate logistics reports, shipping manifests, and customs documentation.
  • Operational Continuity: Support project management teams to ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials and spare parts.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in logistics, with mandatory UAE-based market knowledge.
  • Licensure: Must possess a valid UAE driving license for site coordination and vendor visits.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Core Competencies: Advanced organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage high-value maritime assets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations and UAE customs procedures for industrial equipment.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
