Job Description:

The Operations & Documentation Coordinator will manage critical vehicle documentation processes in strict compliance with ADNOC standards. This role focuses on ensuring seamless access to onshore and offshore sites through meticulous record-keeping and permit management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process vehicle gate passes and access permits for ADNOC onshore and offshore sites.
• Handle all ADNOC documentation requirements, including registration, insurance, and compliance records.
• Ensure all vehicles meet technical, safety, and branding standards before site entry.
• Monitor expiry dates for vehicle passes and initiate timely renewals.
• Coordinate with HSE, Logistics, and PRO departments to collect necessary approvals.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE laws, ADNOC regulations, and company policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working specifically with ADNOC standards.
• Proven ability to manage heavy workloads efficiently and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail regarding technical and safety documentation.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
