Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical excellence and commercial growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, handling complex technical discussions, and maintaining key client relationships within the competitive UAE HVAC market. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for HVAC equipment across the UAE.
  • Conduct technical presentations and discussions with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and commercial quotations in line with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure equipment specifications meet project needs.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in HVAC equipment sales specifically within the UAE.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to handle professional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex HVAC systems and technical drawings.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive market.
  • Strong network within the local construction and MEP industry is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Management tools and CRM software.
