Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Dubai showroom. You will serve as the face of Sobha Furniture, ensuring that every visitor and client receives a friendly and polished welcome. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in interpersonal communication, maintains a highly organized workspace, and is eager to support our daily showroom operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome showroom visitors and clients in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Manage all front-desk activities, including accurately answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Coordinate visitor flow and ensure all guests are attended to by the appropriate sales or design team.
  • Assist the administration team with basic support tasks and essential office documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and highly presentable reception area at all times.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the internal team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding visitor logs and general office attendance tracking.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
  • Excellent presentable appearance aligned with a high-end showroom setting.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Currently based in the UAE or available for an immediate start in Dubai.
