Job Description:
We are currently expanding our technical teams and inviting motivated, skilled professionals to apply for five key engineering and supervisory roles. These positions are essential for the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects across the UAE. We are looking for candidates who possess deep local market knowledge, a strong grasp of UAE construction standards, and the ability to drive site productivity while maintaining the highest safety and quality benchmarks.
Available Positions:
- Civil Foreman: Minimum 5 years UAE experience (Arabic speakers preferred).
- Fitout Foreman (Dubai): Minimum 5 years UAE experience in high-end interiors.
- Senior Planning Engineer (Al Ain): Minimum 10 years UAE experience in project scheduling and controls.
- Fitout Site Engineer (Dubai): Minimum 5 years UAE experience in interior contracting.
- QS Site Engineer (Civil – Abu Dhabi): Minimum 5 years UAE experience in quantity surveying and site cost control.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onsite construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.
- Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and foremen to maintain high levels of productivity.
- Coordinate with the Management and planning teams to ensure resources are optimized and milestones are met.
- Ensure all work performed on-site complies with UAE health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, and material tracking logs.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks promptly to prevent project delays.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding site staffing requirements and attendance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant professional Diploma.
- Proven UAE-based experience (5–10 years depending on the specific position).
- Deep understanding of the UAE construction and contracting sector.
- Valid certifications and professional licenses relevant to the applied role.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a leadership-oriented mindset.
- Must currently be residing in the UAE and available for relocation if required.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints, structural drawings, and project schedules.
