Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our warehouse team in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of materials and spare parts critical to our transportation and heavy equipment operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our inventory, from receiving and inspecting high-value parts to ensuring accurate digital and physical tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock control and the ability to coordinate effectively with procurement and Management teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain highly accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all items and spare parts.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure quality and quantity.
  • Issue spare parts and materials efficiently to support ongoing maintenance and operational workflows.
  • Ensure the proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock to maximize warehouse space and safety.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to prevent stock-outs and support smooth logistics.
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies and report to Management.
  • Support the Human Resources department with documentation related to warehouse staff attendance and safety training logs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant professional certificate in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven UAE experience in a Store Keeper or Warehouse role.
  • Strong background in the transportation, heavy equipment, or automotive spare parts industry.
  • Solid inventory control and record-keeping skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with stock management systems and standard warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) for digital record-keeping.
