Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Biomedical Engineer to join our growing team in a dual role that combines technical support with sales responsibilities. This is an ideal position for a proactive engineer who enjoys clinical interaction and business development. You will be the primary point of contact for hospitals and clinics, providing technical explanations, conducting live product demonstrations, and ensuring that our healthcare partners receive world-class after-sales support. This role is a platform for building a long-term career in the medical devices industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market advanced medical equipment to hospitals, specialized clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide in-depth technical explanations to medical professionals.
- Deliver comprehensive technical support during both the pre-sales phase and post-installation.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key healthcare decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal Management for quotations, contract follow-ups, and order processing.
- Assist with onsite equipment installations and lead after-sales service and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department for ongoing technical training and competency assessments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering (Mandatory).
- 0–3 years of professional experience; local UAE clinical exposure is a distinct advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- A self-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance-based targets.
- Willingness to travel across various healthcare sites within Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and other Emirates.
- Ability to translate complex technical specifications into clinical benefits for healthcare providers.
