Job Description:

Open Positions Available:
- Primary Level: FS Teacher & Primary Generalist Teacher.
- Core Subjects: Mathematics, English, and Science.
- Humanities / Business: Business Studies, Economics, and History.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-impact lessons that adhere to the British National Curriculum standards.
- Create a supportive, safe, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and comprehensive reports to parents and Management.
- Implement innovative teaching practices and integrate technology effectively into the classroom.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic needs of all students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and administrative teams on school compliance and staff development initiatives.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a specialized degree in the relevant subject area with valid teaching credentials (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
- Proven experience or a deep understanding of the British Curriculum is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Adaptable and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Currently residing in the UAE or available to relocate to Ajman for the current/upcoming academic term.
