Job Description:
We are urgently hiring motivated individuals with an IT background to join our Customer Service team in Abu Dhabi. This role is a perfect entry point for fresh graduates or junior professionals looking to build a career in technical support. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring that every user receives efficient and professional assistance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with a positive and helpful attitude.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and document various IT-related customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
- Provide effective first-level technical support and troubleshooting for basic hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate closely with internal Engineering and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain high service quality standards and ensure maximum customer satisfaction ratings.
- Assist the Management team in identifying recurring technical issues to improve overall system efficiency.
- Update the knowledge base and technical documentation for common user problems.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for ongoing training sessions and technical skill development.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting, operating systems, and networking.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to learn new software and technical tools quickly.

- Must be available to work full-time within our Abu Dhabi office.
