Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is a vital part of our Emiratization program and serves as the face of our organization. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will ensure a welcoming and highly professional experience that reflects our commitment to healthcare excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive Emirati professional with a positive attitude, ready to manage a variety of front-desk and administrative tasks while providing world-class customer service in a fast-paced medical environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, patients, and corporate clients, ensuring a professional welcome.
- Provide comprehensive front-desk and administrative support to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Manage high volumes of phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with efficiency and clinical professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Support the broader team in daily administrative tasks, including data entry and office management.
- Liaise with the Management team to ensure effective internal and external communication flows.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department regarding visitor logs and basic staff administrative assistance.
- Provide clerical support for the Engineering or maintenance teams for facility-related inquiries or vendor arrivals.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certification.
- Exclusively open to local Emirati candidates (Emiratization initiative).
- Strong communication skills with native or bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and email management systems.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and build a long-term career within a healthcare organization.
- Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods will be prioritized.
