Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR function across our group companies. This is a high-impact role requiring a professional who can navigate the complexities of a multi-subsidiary structure while maintaining centralized standards of excellence. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that our HR operations are not only compliant with UAE Labor Law but also serve as a catalyst for organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government relations and payroll management, with the leadership presence to advise senior stakeholders on talent management and organizational design.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations and manage a diverse workforce across multiple subsidiaries within the holding company.
- Ensure strict compliance with the latest UAE Labor Law, ministerial decrees, and internal corporate policies.
- Oversee comprehensive payroll management, benefits administration, and year-end HR audits.
- Manage government relations (PRO functions) and liaise with MOHRE, ICA, and other relevant UAE authorities.
- Provide strategic input to the Management team to support organizational growth and succession planning.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and foster a positive, high-performance corporate culture.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and technical departments to manage specialized recruitment and site-based HR requirements.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that drive accountability across all group companies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 8–10 years in HR, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of UAE Labor Law, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience working within a holding or group company structure is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse multicultural teams.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) is considered a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage government relations and complex PRO-related workflows.
