Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about creating high-performance, mobile-first digital experiences within the fast-paced real estate sector. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to translate design concepts into conversion-focused web solutions using modern frameworks. The ideal candidate is a Vue.js enthusiast who understands that a seamless user interface is key to keeping clients engaged in the competitive Abu Dhabi property market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain highly responsive, mobile-first user interfaces and components using Vue.js.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to implement UI/UX improvements and create engaging web features for our property listings.
- Optimize website performance, load speed, and usability to ensure a seamless experience across all devices and browsers.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot/debug front-end issues to maintain high-quality, clean code.
- Collaborate with the Management team to align digital features with strategic business goals.
- Integrate front-end components with backend APIs in coordination with the IT infrastructure team.
- Support the Human Resources department by maintaining and improving internal portals and recruitment web pages.
- Maintain accurate documentation of code and architecture for future scalability and maintenance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, clean coding practices, and web performance optimization.
- Proven experience in responsive and mobile-first front-end development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern build tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail for visual precision.
- Effective communication skills to work within a multicultural team environment.
