Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a deep specialization in .NET technologies and FINIQ platforms to join our onsite team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in the development and optimization of enterprise-level banking systems that drive core treasury operations and complex wealth management workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring that our financial applications are high-performing, secure, and fully compliant with stringent Central Bank and international regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical mastery and domain expertise in Banking, with the ability to lead system upgrades and troubleshoot mission-critical production issues with precision.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale enterprise applications using the full .NET technology stack within a banking environment.
- Build, customize, and enhance FINIQ-based solutions to support sophisticated financial products and treasury workflows.
- Ensure maximum application performance, system stability, and strict compliance with local banking regulatory standards.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues to minimize system downtime for critical services.
- Orchestrate system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements across legacy and modern IT platforms.
- Collaborate with the Management and business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Partner with Human Resources to support technical onboarding and knowledge-sharing within the engineering division.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and architectural blueprints for audit and compliance purposes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in .NET technologies and FINIQ platforms.
- Proven experience working specifically within Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, treasury operations, or wealth management systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, regulated onsite environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
