Job Description:
We are hiring a versatile Accountant / Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic agency team in Dubai. This hybrid role is designed for a detail-oriented professional capable of balancing financial integrity with high-energy sales support. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping and invoicing while simultaneously coordinating with our creative and sales teams to move projects forward. From preparing professional proposals to tracking lead performance in our CRM, you will be the administrative heartbeat of our agency. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses the professional communication skills needed to manage client financial queries and internal project documentation with ease.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare and issue professional quotations, project proposals, and client invoices accurately and on time.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and maintain precise financial documentation for Management review.
- Coordinate directly with clients and internal marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery and billing.
- Maintain and update sales databases, client information, and CRM records to support business growth.
- Track incoming leads and assist in generating sales performance reports and pipeline updates.
- Support Human Resources with administrative tasks related to staff expense claims and office coordination.
- Liaise with Information Technology to ensure all accounting and CRM software are functioning optimally.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior professional experience in both accounting and sales coordination; experience within a creative or digital agency is a significant advantage.
- Working knowledge of popular accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally, or QuickBooks) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions professionally.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure agency environment.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
