Job Description:

A new opportunity is available for a qualified Nurse Specialist with a strong background in Emergency Department (ED) nursing to join leading medical facilities in Dubai. This role is designed for nursing professionals who are passionate about high-acuity care and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You will be responsible for providing immediate clinical interventions, triaging patients, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving care. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional clinical judgment, a valid HAAD License, and the resilience required to manage critical situations with precision. We are looking for nurses who are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of patient care in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and life-threatening injuries in the Emergency Department.
  • Perform rapid patient assessment and triage based on clinical urgency and established protocols.
  • Administer emergency medications, monitor vital signs, and assist in specialized medical procedures under Management and physician supervision.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Information Technology team to maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed with high accuracy and complies with HAAD/DOH standards.
  • Maintain a sterile and safe environment, adhering strictly to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding continuous medical education (CME) and license renewals.
  • Participate in emergency drills and contribute to the improvement of department-wide clinical workflows.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized university or institution.
  • Valid HAAD License (Mandatory) to practice as a Nurse in the UAE.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience specifically in an Emergency Department (ED) setting.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under extreme pressure and in critical emergency situations.
  • Strong clinical judgment and advanced life support skills (ACLS/BLS certification is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural medical environment.
  • High level of professional integrity and commitment to patient confidentiality.
