Job Description:
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Stockers and Loading & Unloading Helpers to join our Dubai team. This is a hands-on role essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse and logistics operations. You will be responsible for the physical handling of inventory, ensuring that goods are safely loaded, unloaded, and organized according to company procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong physical stamina, a commitment to workplace safety, and a positive attitude toward teamwork. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the efficient and safe loading and unloading of materials, goods, and equipment.
- Stock and organize warehouse items accurately according to established company procedures and inventory lists.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely processing and distribution of goods.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines, PPE protocols, and company policies while performing manual tasks.
- Support the Information Technology and logistics teams by providing accurate manual counts for digital inventory updates.
- Assist the Human Resources team by adhering to attendance schedules and participating in safety training sessions.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately to the supervisor on duty.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or facility management environment is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a disciplined approach to work duties.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment.
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu to follow instructions and safety signs.
- Strong commitment to following workplace safety regulations and procedures.
Walk-in Interview Details:
- Location: Office No: 903, Al Shafar Tower 1, Barsha Heights, Dubai.
- Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Time: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
