Project Vacancies:
We are currently seeking senior-level professionals for a specialized Construction Supervision Project in Dubai. These roles require extensive hands-on experience with Dubai Municipality or RTA projects.
- HSE Engineer: Focus on health, safety, and environmental management for infrastructure sites. Must hold NEBOSH/IOSH certifications and have 10+ years of UAE experience.
- Land Surveyor: Expert in Total Station and GPS surveying for large-scale sites. Responsible for precise land measurement and mapping with 10+ years of UAE project history.
- Quantity Surveyor: Specialized in FIDIC contracts and BOQ preparation. Requires 10+ years of UAE experience in cost estimation and project budgeting.
- Material Engineer: Must have Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) approval. Responsible for managing construction material quality, compliance, and testing with 10+ years of UAE experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert supervision for the installation of sewerage and stormwater drainage networks across the Al Leem and Suhailah areas.
- Ensure all project components strictly comply with Dubai authority standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and quality assurance protocols to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Liaise with the management team to provide technical reports and site progress updates.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and specialized engineering software for data tracking and documentation.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure all site personnel adhere to mandatory safety and professional conduct policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience within the UAE’s infrastructure and utility sectors.
- Strong familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) and RTA regulations and approval processes.
- Mandatory certifications relevant to the role (NEBOSH/IOSH for HSE, DCL Approval for Material Engineer).
- Advanced proficiency in IT tools and technical software (Total Station/GPS, AutoCAD, FIDIC standards).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and professional reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
