Job Description:
Al Qandeel LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer (Civil) to join our team and support ongoing construction projects in Dubai. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in the field and possesses a deep understanding of site dynamics. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that project execution remains on schedule and meets our rigorous quality standards. We are looking for an engineer who can provide technical guidance to on-site teams and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth engineering execution according to project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strict project schedules.
- Monitor progress and prepare detailed status reports for senior management review.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and quality control protocols on site.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to on-site teams to mitigate technical risks.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding on-site workforce requirements and safety training compliance.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for project tracking and digital site documentation.
- Assist the management team in optimizing resource allocation and project costs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
- 5–7 years of proven experience specifically working on construction sites.
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate complex site activities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai building codes and safety regulations.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools and engineering software like AutoCAD.
- Proactive mindset with the capability to solve technical problems under pressure.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse site teams.
