Job Description:

Elite Steps is currently looking to hire a motivated Auditor / Internee to join our accounting and audit team in Dubai. This role is specifically designed for candidates who are pursuing or have recently completed professional accounting qualifications and are seeking high-quality practical exposure. You will play a supporting role in conducting internal and external audit assignments, reviewing financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. This position offers a unique platform to enhance your technical knowledge within a professional working environment that values analytical precision and proactive management of financial data.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior auditors in conducting comprehensive internal and external audit assignments.
• Review financial records, accounting entries, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and structural integrity.
• Support the preparation of detailed audit reports and professional workpapers in accordance with standards.
• Ensure all client operations maintain strict compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with clients and internal departments to gather audit-related information and evidence.
• Liaise with the management team to provide updates on audit progress and potential risk findings.
• Coordinate with Human Resources regarding professional development milestones and internship evaluations.
• Utilize Information Technology and audit software to streamline data analysis and documentation processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional qualification in progress or completed: CA Inter, ACCA, or CPA.
• Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles and international auditing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Professional communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Must be currently available in Dubai for a face-to-face interview.
• Highly motivated approach to career development within the management and finance sector.
