Job Description:
Brillant Capital Marketing Management LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our expanding finance team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, requiring a finance professional who can independently oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure absolute compliance with local regulations. You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing the end-to-end audit process, and maintaining comprehensive fiscal records. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical abilities who can support internal controls and drive process improvements within the finance department. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT rules and complete all VAT filings with the Federal Tax Authority accurately.
- Maintain meticulously organized financial records and perform regular bank and intercompany reconciliations.
- Coordinate effectively with external auditors and internal management for financial reviews and audits.
- Support internal control implementation and identify process improvements within the finance function.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding salary disbursements and employee-related financial documentation.
- Utilize Information Technology tools, specifically Tally or QuickBooks, to maintain digital financial records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting; previous UAE experience is highly preferred.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools, specifically Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and local compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus for team coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and management reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks within a fast-paced environment.
