Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Office Manager for the CEO’s Office to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support. This high-stakes role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s daily operations while maintaining a bridge between department heads and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing complex schedules, and handling sensitive corporate information with the highest level of professionalism. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can align operational processes with our strategic objectives while maintaining a culture of discretion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct executive support to the CEO, managing high-priority tasks and ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Oversee and manage all office administration functions within the CEO’s office to maintain a premium corporate standard.
- Coordinate with various department heads to streamline cross-functional communication and optimize management workflows.
- Facilitate high-level communication between internal teams and global external stakeholders.
- Manage executive schedules, board-level meetings, correspondence, and strategic documentation.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding executive staffing needs and administrative policy implementation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with absolute professional discretion.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to enhance digital record management and executive reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in office management or executive support roles.
- Mandatory prior experience supporting senior management or C-level executives.
- Excellent communication skills with full fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- High level of professionalism with meticulous attention to detail and proven discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in IT tools, including the full Microsoft Office Suite and executive CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize management priorities under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO’s office.
