Job Description:
Madar Building Materials is currently seeking a responsible and experienced Light Vehicle Driver to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, requiring a dependable professional who is thoroughly familiar with the UAE road network and committed to safe transportation practices. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of materials, maintaining the condition of company vehicles, and ensuring a high standard of professional representation during client interactions. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and timely transportation of building materials to various sites across the UAE.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the assigned company vehicle through regular checks.
- Adhere strictly to all UAE traffic regulations and internal company management policies.
- Coordinate effectively with the logistics team and customers to ensure accurate and professional delivery service.
- Plan efficient routes using Google Maps and other Information Technology navigation tools.
- Follow all safety guidelines for loading and unloading materials to prevent damage or injury.
- Report any vehicle maintenance requirements or transit issues to the fleet management department promptly.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding documentation renewals and attendance reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must hold a valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven driving experience specifically within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE roads, major highways, and city routes in Dubai and neighboring Emirates.
- High level of proficiency in using IT navigation applications for route optimization.
- Dependable, punctual, and highly responsible with a professional attitude.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with diverse team members and clients.
- Ability to follow management instructions and adhere to strict safety standards.
- Immediate availability to join the team will be considered a significant advantage.
