Job Description:

Property Shop Investment (PSI) is currently seeking four dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join the team as Customer Experience Specialists in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our brand promise, requiring individuals who are passionate about enhancing the overall client journey from initial inquiry through post-service support. You will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction reflects PSI’s high standards of professionalism and care. We are specifically looking for multilingual candidates who can bridge communication gaps with our diverse global clientele. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and continuously improve the complete customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions between sales and support.
  • Professionally manage client inquiries and feedback, implementing effective service recovery strategies when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal management teams to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Track and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics to recommend data-driven service improvements.
  • Maintain meticulous client records and performance reports within our Information Technology platforms.
  • Liaise with the sales department to provide feedback on client needs and emerging market trends.
  • Support the Human Resources team by modeling best-in-class service behaviors for new team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education sessions regarding UAE property laws and investment protocols.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service or Customer Experience role within a corporate environment.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following: Dutch, German, Turkish, or Russian (Mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex management escalations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle complaints with empathy, patience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including CRM software and digital reporting applications.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property investment is an added advantage.
