Job Description:

Kinetics Group is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller & Reporting Manager to lead multi-entity financial operations across its group companies in the UAE. This senior leadership role is fundamental to our fiscal governance, requiring a professional with extensive expertise in multi-entity reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and cashflow management. You will be responsible for overseeing the full monthly financial closing, ensuring VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and coordinating with external auditors. We are looking for a strategic finance leader who can supervise accounting staff while driving process improvements and ERP enhancements. This is a brilliant opportunity for a certified professional to take a pivotal role within a structured and high-performing corporate finance function.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full monthly and annual financial closing, ensuring accuracy in journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, intercompany reconciliations, and complex expense allocations.
  • Monitor division and project profitability, performing variance analysis for management review.
  • Manage group-wide cashflow, liquidity, and treasury operations to optimize working capital.
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations and lead external audit coordination.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding payroll compliance, benefits accounting, and staff performance management.
  • Identify opportunities for ERP system enhancements, specifically within NetSuite, to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Support the engineering and project teams by providing financial insights into project-based accounting and costing.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (ACCA / CPA / CMA) are highly preferred.
  • 8–12 years of finance experience, with at least 4–5 years of UAE experience in a management capacity.
  • Proven expertise in multi-entity financial reporting and complex monthly closing procedures.
  • Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction sectors is considered a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and high-level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Information Technology tools used for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in education and leadership of multi-disciplinary accounting teams.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial insights to senior stakeholders and the sales department.
