Job Description:
Oia Properties is currently looking to hire an experienced Leasing Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi team. This role is fundamental to our property operations, requiring a motivated professional who understands the local market and has hands-on experience in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, implementing effective tenant acquisition strategies, and ensuring maximum occupancy rates. We are looking for an individual who can confidently conduct property viewings, present unit features, and manage lease agreements with precision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all residential and commercial leasing activities to maximize occupancy rates across the portfolio.
- Conduct professional property viewings and effectively present units to prospective tenants.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring full compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
- Coordinate between landlords and tenants to facilitate seamless move-in and move-out processes.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding performance-based commission tracking and professional training.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM databases to maintain an updated record of available units and leads.
- Perform market analysis to assess rental trends, demand, and competitive pricing for management review.
- Support sales targets by converting inquiries into successful long-term lease agreements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related academic discipline.
- Proven leasing experience within the UAE residential or commercial real estate market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for a professional sales environment.
- High level of IT literacy for managing digital property listings and tenant records.
- Detailed understanding of local property laws and real estate documentation procedures.
- Professional background in education or training related to UAE property market dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to handle complex documentation with accuracy within a structured management framework.
- Analytical mindset capable of assessing market demand and identifying sales opportunities.
