Job Description:
AUTOLINK CONTRACTING L.L.C is seeking a highly experienced Civil Planning Manager to lead the planning and program management functions for complex construction projects in Dubai. This senior appointment is fundamental to our project controls, requiring a professional currently based in the UAE who can take full ownership of project scheduling. You will be responsible for developing master programs, monitoring critical path deviations, and providing corrective action recommendations to the executive management team. We are looking for an expert in Primavera P6 who can support contract claims and delay analyses with technical accuracy. This is a brilliant opportunity to advance into a Planning Director role within a high-performing management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete planning function, developing master project programs using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Produce detailed baseline schedules, progress updates, and recovery programs aligned with strict contract milestones.
- Monitor project progress using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and provide performance recommendations to management.
- Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and complex delay analyses in collaboration with the contracts team.
- Prepare comprehensive planning reports and program narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding technical staff requirements and planning team development.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to automate project controls and enhance data accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to align project timelines with procurement and client expectations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory Requirement).
- 10 to 15 years of construction planning experience specifically within UAE-based organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and the Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Expertise in management reporting, including EVA and delay analysis methodologies.
- High level of IT literacy for managing complex project data and cloud-based scheduling tools.
- Professional background in education or advanced training related to international project control standards.
- Must currently be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.
- Immediate availability for joining is strongly preferred to support ongoing engineering projects.
