Job Description:
ONOV8 is currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, requiring a professional who can provide reliable assistance and ensure uninterrupted technology performance across the organization. You will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 environments, configuring VPN connections, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network concerns to maintain operational efficiency.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN connections and remote access systems for organizational security.
- Provide ongoing support for Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment to ensure high standards of performance.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding user account setup and digital access control.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong practical knowledge of VPN setup, Microsoft 365 administration, and network troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a mandatory requirement for effective team communication.
- Immediate availability for joining in Dubai will be given preference.
