Job Description:
Abela Market is inviting enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join their team in Abu Dhabi as Merchandisers and Cashiers. These roles are fundamental to our daily operations, requiring individuals who can deliver excellent customer service while maintaining proper store presentation. You will be responsible for transaction accuracy, shelf organization, and supporting team members to ensure smooth retail workflows for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately handle customer transactions and provide professional service at the point of sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store in compliance with UAE retail standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff training and service quality initiatives.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for inventory tracking and transaction processing.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or relevant certificate in Retail or Customer Service.
- Prior work experience in the UAE is highly preferred for these roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a management-driven retail environment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding customer relations is an advantage.
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
