Job Description:
CADD Emirates is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Inside Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our sales operations, requiring a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between customers, vendors, and internal technical teams. You will be responsible for preparing high-accuracy quotations, managing complex order processing, and maintaining strong dealer relationships for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed sales quotations and manage end-to-end order processing procedures.
- Coordinate the complete sales lifecycle, including procurement assistance, delivery tracking, and post-sales follow-ups.
- Communicate with global vendors to assist with procurement-related activities and stock availability.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding internal product training and sales team coordination.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology tools and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in IT sales, sales coordination, or technical account management.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware (Laptops, Servers, UPS) and software solutions (Adobe, Autodesk, Chaos).
- Strong background in management of customer relationships and high-volume administrative tasks.
- Professional background in education or training regarding IT licensing and distribution models is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in a professional technology environment.
