Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our Dubai office and ensure smooth technology operations across the group. This role is fundamental to our digital framework, requiring a professional who can provide high-level helpdesk services, manage complex system administration, and oversee our network security. You will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, implementing cybersecurity protocols, and coordinating IT vendor services for management review. We are looking for a proactive troubleshooter with a strong background in cloud virtualization who thrives in a fast-paced corporate setting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware and software issues to drive internal efficiency and sales support operations.
- Manage system administration for servers, user accounts, and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Oversee network infrastructure, connectivity, and data protection measures to ensure organizational resilience.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding IT onboarding, user access governance, and staff technology training.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology tools to manage backups, disaster recovery, and comprehensive system documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or Network Administrator.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Strong background in management of IT projects, vendor relationships, and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Professional background in education or certifications (CCNA, MCSA, etc.) regarding networking and data security is preferred.
- Capability to work the full-time morning shift in a Dubai based office environment.
