Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to provide outstanding service to patients and ensure seamless communication within our Dubai facility. This role is fundamental to our patient journey, requiring a professional who can effectively manage high call volumes, schedule appointments, and deliver accurate hospital information. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, updating patient records, and coordinating with various clinical departments for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to drive patient engagement and sales of hospital services.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments across various specialized medical departments.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital facilities, doctor availability, and medical packages.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding service quality training and internal hospital protocols.
  • Utilize Information Technology and CRM systems to maintain detailed call records and patient data.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in any relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role; a healthcare background is highly preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • Strong background in management of patient inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding patient privacy and medical ethics.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with the engineering and facilities team for maintenance reporting via patient feedback.
