Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our core engineering team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our project delivery framework, requiring a professional who can design, supervise, and manage complex electrical systems for large-scale MEP projects. You will be responsible for ensuring technical accuracy, maintaining compliance with DEWA standards, and overseeing the commissioning process for management review. We are looking for a solution-oriented engineer with a strong background in load calculations and power distribution who thrives in a collaborative construction environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design sophisticated electrical systems, including load calculations, cable sizing, and power distribution to support sales of our technical capabilities.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical documentation for project approval.
- Supervise on-site electrical installation activities to ensure absolute compliance with approved designs and UAE regulations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding on-site safety training and technical staff coordination.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and software like AutoCAD, Dialux, or Revit MEP for precise project execution.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience specifically within the Construction or MEP sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, ETAP, or Revit MEP and a deep understanding of DEWA standards.
- Strong background in management of multidisciplinary teams and technical problem-solving on active sites.
- Professional background in education or certifications regarding high-voltage systems and sustainable engineering is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between design and site execution teams.
